Our teams consist of administrative staff and managers with diplomas and degrees in related disciplines from universities and institutions in Singapore and overseas. Amongst themselves, they have wide experience in business management and development, marketing, public relations and financial management. They work together with the teaching teams to ensure that everything, from our programmes to newsletters and special events, are running in tip-top condition so that children, parents and visitors will have the best possible experience at Wee Care.

Why become a Wee Care Home Buddy?

Getting yourself accredited as a Home Buddy at Wee Care gives you something that is hard to buy… a good name! The results of a recent survey conducted about parental perceptions of Wee Care showed that at least half of the parents polled cited INTEGRITY and TRUSTWORTHINESS as key characteristics of the school. These are values that have been built and established over almost 20 years since the company’s inception.

Home Buddies selected after a rigorous recruitment process will be able to take advantage of the following benefits:

  • a broad and comprehensive training programme incorporating both theoretical and applied (practical) sessions;
  • regular supervision and a more experienced therapist to talk to!
  • toys and resources for use from the main Wee Care centre;
  • flexible working hours;
  • other little administrative perks since billings and payments are all handled through the main Wee Care office.
