PROGRAMME FEES, REPLACEMENT SESSIONS and PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
- Programme fees are paid in a lump sum at the start of each 10-week or 12-week term. These fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Wee Care centres are closed during public holidays. No replacement classes are given for lessons falling on public holidays.
WITHDRAWAL FROM THE SCHOOL
Standard Withdrawal
- Your child must be attending classes in the current term before he/she is eligible for withdrawal.
- The Withdrawal Form must be submitted to the school Administrator by the end of Week 6 of the current term.
- Your deposit will be refunded in full by the commencement of the new term.
Late Withdrawal
- Your child must be attending classes in the current term before he/she is eligible for withdrawal.
- The Withdrawal Form is submitted to the school Administrator after Week 6 of the current term and before the commencement of the new term.
- The Withdrawal will be considered as falling within the next academic term and the deposit is refunded at the end of this later term.
Forfeiture of Deposit
- The deposit is forfeited if the child has stopped attending classes without notice or if our reasonable attempts to contact the family have failed or both.
Withdrawal Forms
- These may be obtained from the school Administrator at each Wee Care centre.
