Terms & Conditions

PROGRAMME FEES, REPLACEMENT SESSIONS and PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

1 – Programme fees are paid in a lump sum at the start of each 10-week or 12-week term. These fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
2 – Wee Care centres are closed during public holidays. No replacement classes are given for lessons falling on public holidays.

WITHDRAWAL FROM THE SCHOOL

Standard Withdrawal

Your child must be attending classes in the current term before he/she is eligible for withdrawal.
The Withdrawal Form must be submitted to the school Administrator by the end of Week 6 of the current term.Your deposit will be refunded in full by the commencement of the new term.

Late Withdrawal

1 – Your child must be attending classes in the current term before he/she is eligible for withdrawal.
2 – The Withdrawal Form is submitted to the school Administrator after Week 6 of the current term and before the commencement of the new term.
3 – The Withdrawal will be considered as falling within the next academic term and the deposit is refunded at the end of this later term.

Forfeiture of Deposit

1 – The deposit is forfeited if the child has stopped attending classes without notice or if our reasonable attempts to contact the family have failed or both.

Withdrawal Forms

1 – These may be obtained from the school Administrator at each Wee Care centre.
